Entering the apartment to the right there is a living room-dining room, with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a fridge, a washing machine and a bathroom with shower.
To the left, there's a large bedroom with two windows facing the street. The upstairs level is a loft with two windows and access to the terrace.
Linens and towels provided, as well as dishes and kitchen utensils. Sleeps 3. From the living room and loft windows there's a lovely view of the church of Sant'Ippolito.
2015 RENTAL FEES: Weekly rentals Euros 500. Monthly rentals Euros 1.600.
Rentals include utilities. A 50% deposit is required. Payment in full due upon arrival.
